Dragonhide scroll

Anybody ever see one of these in the game? Any fixed locations or just random?

The Dragonskin spell can only be obtained through completing the quest for the alteration ritual spell. It is the reward for completing it.

In over 5000 Hours, I have never seen a Dragonhide Scroll in the Game.

If one exists it would be random loot in a Dungeon.

According to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Scrolls it's not available in game.
