Not that i really want all the children in Skyrim to die, it's not like i want to kill
all the NPC in a city *caugh* BUT:, have anyone experienced any dragons
eating a child? Not that i would want to provoke a dragon to do that, ofc not,
i'm just curious;)

Finishing moves require that an NPC be killable, so no.
