Dragons, Dragonborn and Shouts were all introduced in-game in Skyrim. Of course there's the Septim line with the Amulet of the Kings and all that, but what I mean with 'Dragonborn' is the way they're implemented in Skyrim. Now my question is, would you like to see them again someday? All this is assuming future installments will be placed after TES: Skyrim chronologically.
Dragons: Alduin might be dead (for the time being), but many dragons aren't. Personally I think it'd be fun to see one or a few more. Fighting them without Dragonborn powers would be interesting, I think.
Dragonborn: While the Skyrim PC is the 'last' Dragonborn, I believe that doesn't mean there couldn't have been one or two Dragonborn born before the PC, who might be still alive. Elves live for a long time, Vampires are undead. There is still the possibility that there are a few Dragonborn about even if they're not the last. They might not even know it themselves yet, until they slay a dragon. I think it could be interesting to see one again in the future, if it's done right. A Dragonborn PC would be lore-breaking and a rehash of Skyrim, imo.
Shouts: I'd love to see Shouts return. Not as abundant or prominent as in Skyrim, but I think it's a power that fits TES well. Ulfric Stormcloak was able to perform some basic Shouts (I've never seen him use any other than Unrelenting Force though), the Greybeards know quite a lot, and the more powerful Draugr seem to know a few as well. There's no reason why Shouts couldn't be implemented in the future, similar to the way the Nord heroes of old where able to use a few. I'm not talking about things like Call Dragon, Storm Call, Dragonrend, Dragon Aspect or Bend Will, but a few simpler Shouts like Unrelenting Force, Cyclone, Fire Breath, Ice Form etcetera. Being able to learn one or too would be fun.
What do you think? (:
