Dragons, Dragons, Dragons!

Post » Fri Mar 25, 2016 12:41 pm

Ok, so I am level 18, and I am about to do the Alduin's Wall quest. But, Like Crazy, almost EVERY TIME I fast travel, I am attacked by a dragon. If I fast travel to a town (not a city), It usually is 2 dragons, 1 either a frost or blood dragon!

Is this suppose to happen!? I mean it is fun, but it gets annoying at times because I am melee and I use lots of potions! Or is this a glitch I should be worrying about?

That does sound a bit overkill to be honest :P Try not fast travelling as much?

You Fast Travel a lot?... because the vanilla Dragon attacks are on a "timer" of sorts... if you fast travel all over the place you still use the time, but are not aware of it, so...Dragon Attack. I got that a lot on my test character....right after release after she joined the CoW, because she would FT in and out of the College, so Dragon fight at both ends, always. ( I don't FT for various reasons... but that's a good enough one)

I don't miss fast travel at all, for that reason. I'd rather walk home or pay for a carriage ride. :bolt:

Doesn't the carriage ride do the same thing?

Hasn't happened to me yet, if it does. But, I only use the carriages sparingly, too. I enjoy the long walks through the countryside, exploring and collecting everywhere and everything!

No.. for some ( scripting ) reason it doesn't. Unless other parameters have been met also... which I have never looked into.

Multiple dragons attacking was something I had to use mods to get in my game, I'd just enjoy the loot and souls.
