I've had two attack me simultaneously...

I fast trekked to a camp close to a undiscovered world word wall when one spawned, then got too close to the word wall and the other started attacking.

Amazing. I've mostly been in the ruins so I think if I spend more time running around the forest it might happen. Was that your experience?

its rare but it does happen, I had 2 in Riverwood a few weeks ago but never had any before or since (multiple dragons that is) and I've had this game since release day.

I am at level 23, this happened when i was at level 22, anyways i was attacked by a blood dragon, who just came out of nowhere and torched my ass lol and a brown grizzly bear, and a wolf lol
Also yesterday, was on top of the college of winterhold, fighting a blood dragon with my sword, then he picked me up in is mouth, shook me left and right a bit, and then trew me off of the college/cliff lol has this happened to anyone else ?

I've fought and killed two twice already.

There were two at Karthspire. Lots of forsworn too.

I've had about 4 duel-dragon encounters.. All of them very interesting.. Excpet they always (except one instance) seem to be a pair of low-level dragons...

Fighting an Ancient & Elder dragon at the same time tho... Good times.

The closest I got to two dragons was me fighting an Elder dragon while another one flew around in the background.

If you use the "Call Dragon" shout...

5 dragons was my record until 1.3...i got violated by 6.

I once ended up trying to fight three dragons at once.

Fortunately, one bugged out as soon as it landed and gave me its soul immediately.

The other two continued harrassing me by alternating between their breath attacks: One used fire, the other used frost - And I kept getting them mixed up when I tried using my elemental weapons.

There is also a time where you can fight more than one dragon in the main quest

I had to dragons attack me at once, but after i killed the first one, the second dropped dead on its own. I was rather disappointed :confused:

Actually, if YOUR dragon isn't as dumb as to get in, just roast a deer, and exit (happenned to me once, was rather hilarious), then it can give some rather epic encounters. Seeing two dragons in dogfight is truely a wonderful experience

I've had it happen twice, no problems but I definitely needed my horse to distract the one dragon. Otherwise I would've wasted a huge amount of potions or died.

Only time was at Skuldafn.

I'm closing in on 300 hours and I recently fought two dragons in Morthal (Yes, in the town, so double rare). I've had two dragons on my hands once or twice before that.

Clearly you just need to play more.

I have seen 3 of them at the same time, and fought 2, because other was almost dead in result of a battle against some Imperials and a Bandit fortress

Yes, I've battled two at once. Ice and Fire breather. Started off with an Ice. I wanted an epic battle, so I ran away from it leading it to Riften so I could have an epic battle with the guards. Halfway there, ANOTHER dragon starts chasing me. I'm like, "wtf!" I keep running. I get to Riften and poor bastards. I led 2 dragons to their front door. Needless to say, it was quite the epic battle. :]

Happened once so far.

I was on my way to a dragon marked on the map.
I was halfway up and a dragon came bombing up behind me... I thought it was the dragon guarding the summit.

I was wrong...

I was stuck on the side of the slope and both scaleheads were staying right on top of me for the whole fight, one above, one below.
I could have ran but who's not going to try and take two dragons at once?

It was an awesome battle even though one of the skeletons glitched out of existence denying me the bones (still got the soul tho').
I don't think the game likes two dragon skeletons in such close proximity.

I think it's pretty rare and basically just luck (or lack thereof if you're not ready for it heh).

I was going to fight two dragons when I walked out of solitude. Then I took an arrow to the knee.

I've had 2 dragons attack me at once a couple times now. I don't remember the specifics of the encounters, but the first time it happened I think I was near between Autumnwatch and the shack of the guy that starts the Kyne quests and I heard a dragon and looked up to try to find it and just as I spotted it flying overhead the ground shook with a vengeance and I was bathed in fire...it was....unpleasant and unsettling.... They proceeded to tag team me for a while before I was able to take one of them down, one would land and fight me while the other one circled above and did that hovering breath attack and then they'd switch...it wasn't overly difficult to take them out, but it did eat up a lot of my potions, got my horse killed, and I didn't get the soul from the 2nd dragon

During the 2nd or 3rd time I got 2 at once I swear I saw a 3rd one circling off in the distance...it could have been a bird or something, I'm not sure because I was...occupied...but the thought of a 3rd dragon showing up in the middle of the fight was sorta scary...

I fought two frost dragons for the first time just last night. They both spiraled above me. Then they would rain frost above me. Then one would land and one would circle above swooping down breath frost while the other was chasing me snapping his jaws. It was quite epic to be sure.
