I have a number of mods installed but the only ones i can think of that would effect this are

Deadly combat

enhanced enemy overhaul revenge of the enemies

dragon combat overhaul

combat evolved

but these all should make dragons the demigods they are.

A dragon will die within 5 seconds of landing in a town.

I mean deadly combat and combat evolved does make everyone stronger offensively and weaker defensively is that why?
