which version should I buy, game of the year, premium or legendary?

The Game of the Year edition is the Legendary edition. It comes with all of the DLC.
You can find it in any store, for probably around $40 - $50

The Premium edition does not come with any DLC, but instead has a shirt, book, and some concept art. I believe it was limited edition, so it would likely be very hard to find now and would be more expensive because of the collectible items.

I recommend the legendary edition for you. It has all DLCs and the latest patch is included in the CD itself.

In addition, it's price is a lot better than buying original edition then buying DLCs separately. Good luck .
