Adam ate well. He and the others celebrated by getting really hammered on Whiskey and Vodka, and other drinks. The women danced and howled, children play practiced killing one another. Putting their own ideas of what the battle at Drilldon was like. They played with sticks and other objects, bashing one another viciously as if they were killing a settler. None of the children liked playing as the settlers, so the game was mostly just kids crying about wanting to be a Sand Eater with the others. Some of the older children took control, and played as settlers so the younger children would stop crying. The women and some men laughed as a little boy did a thrusting move with his stick, but fell forward hitting the dirt a bit hard. He lowered his head in shame, but then built up the courage to continue fighting.

The old man, known as Grandfather, sat with his cane next to him as he feasted on some squirl. Adam watched as the children played and the others enjoyed themselfs. The whole camp was wild and crazy, they hooted and howled as they tumbled over drunk. Adam was getting a bit tipsy as well, but was more subtle about it. He could hold his own with some whiskey.

"That was some fight, Night Stalker. Those dumb settlers won't stand a chance against us next time." The man rummaged through his pockets for a moment, and then handed Adam a Stimpack. "Oh I forgot, me and some of the others stole three boxes of medical supplies and some extra food from their infurmary, and kitchen area. Those dumb [censored]s won't know what to do when they don't have enough medical supplies to help everyone." The raider said, wrapping his arm around a woman and walking off, raising his bottle of beer high in the air.

Adam smiled and placed the stimpack away. They had done some serious damage to the settlement of Drilldon. Most of the one's they killed, were unarmed and not used to firing a gun or using a weapon of anykind. Suddenly a loud roar came from the camp.

"LONG LIVE THE SAND EATERS, LONG LIVE THE SAND EATERS!" The one's near Adam raised their drinks, looking at Adam with all seriousness. "WE LIVE AND DIE IN YOUR NAME, NIGHT STALKER. WHEN WE GO INTO COMBAT OUR LIVES ARE IN YOUR CONTROL, AND WHEN WE DIE, WE DIE FOR YOU." Adam raised his drink, and smiled a bit.

"Enough of this [censored], your going to make me sick." Adam said taking a swig of his drink. The crowd erupted in laughter. "Maybe we'll do something special to the settlers we have from Drilldon?" The crowd erupted once again in celebration, and continued the party. Adam ordered over one of his guards, and whispered into his ear.

"Are you sure, Night Stalker?"

"Yes. It will make them think before." Adam replied to the man. The man hurried off, and Adam continued enjoying the party.

Clay turned around as he heard his patient "Hey, can I sit here and catch your name?" Clay took off his helmet and looked at the man, "Name's Clay, I was walkin' along and heard your gunfire, you were pretty banged up so I fixed your bandages, I was never one to leave a man in such poor condition" said Clay as he turned the spit with the iguana on it over the fire. "So, what do I call you, an' how is it you got into your little situation? Also, I'm looking for Drilldon, heard of it?"

"My name is Brent Tao,and before you ask,I may look white, but I do have some chinese in me. Hence the last name, and this get up I'm wearing.I have to say,I'm not used to wastelanders being this generous. You must have pumped me with quite a few meds and chems,I'm not even in that much pain,I should be in agony without Med-X. I was just hoping someone would've given me a stimpack and not take all my stuff."

Brent handed Clay his bottle of wine, and let him have what was left. "Enjoy, its my best stuff for now friend. And to answer your question,Drilldon is just down that hill, you just cant see it from here. I actually almost died defending that town when I never even been there before. Or at least,I'd like to think I helped a little. That town was attacked by an army of raiders yesterday, but since you found me instead of a raider,I can only assume they repelled them somehow."

After eating with Clay for awhile,Brent told him he was willing to go to town with him,Brent figured he had nothing left to do,his wounds were to severe to go anywhere else.

Adam and the others still continued their celebration when "Grandfather" walked into the tent. He was tired, and seemed a bit agitated at all the noise and such.

"What is it, Grandfather?"

"I can not tell a story with all this noise, and will be to tired tonight. Lets settle down." He asked, taking a breath and sitting on a bench. Adam sat up, pushing a womans arm off his shoulder.

"O.K. Grandfather, we'll wait till tonight. Besides, I'd like to take another shot at Drilldon sometime." Adam replied taking a swig of beer from a broken bottle. Grandfather walked out and the celebration quieted down for the time being. The weapons tent was busy, hammering new axes, swords, knifes, and other weapons that could be fixed or needed some dents taken out. Adam walked over to his chest, and pulled out some Frag Grenades, and some Frag Mines.

"This will do well-" Adam stopped himself, and ordered his right hand over to him. "Drake! Come over here a moment."

"Yes, Night Stalker?" Drake said, the man had a large tattoo of a dragon that ran down from his face to his chest. He was strong, very strong at that. His eye's were almost a mid-night black in the tent.

"Whatever happened to the Fat Man, we dragged off?"

"Its in the armoury, being worked on. Why?"

"Because I want to use the other two we have in storage along with it. Dumb as settlers won't know what hit them when we come rolling in." Adam said pulling out three boxes with a dozen Mini-nukes in each. There was no way the town of Drilldon could stand against them. Their new settlers were weak and feable, they couldn't stand against Adam and his Sand Eaters. Already, another Raider clan was joining. But for the mean time, the 200 warriors in Adam's control would do good. Maybe another siege would do good?

"Nice to meet you Brent." said Clay as he took with bottle of wine with pleasure, gulping it down with a satisfied sigh, "I gave you a stimpack and some Med-X, which is why you feel nice, but in the next couple of hours or so, you need to take another otherwise the pain will intensify. You said you were part Chinese, well you may be one of the first I've actually met out here. Now, you mentioned Raiders...." Clay took a pause.

"Raiders attacked Drilldon, eh? About figures, well at least its safe and not far away." Clay and Brent ate a while with a little conversation. "When you're ready, I think we ought to head into town. I can fight well, but from the sound of it these Raiders are many and determined. We wouldn't stand a chance out here. Gather your things, we move out soon, OK?" Clay gathered his bag of supplies, his gun and axe, put out the fire, and waited for Brent.

The attack came and went so fast for ryan. He grabbed, and yelled, and screamed, and begged for the men not go go out. It was suicide. Why couldn't the man that they had all trusted their lives with see that? Their feeble counter attack was soon pushed back, with almost every man bloodied, and raiders rushing in through the gates. Ryan Shot the first one that came towards him and ran over to a fallen settler, quickly wrapping his wounds in a bandage. He rose and unsheathed his combat knife, which he plunged into another raiders gut and twisted. Ryans eyes were ablaze with anger. He stared into the dying mans eyes and screamed as he ripped the blade out, running over to another fallen victim. He slid in next to him baseball style and quickly annalyzed his wounds. The man was mumbling, and looking up at Ryan with fear, and hope. He gripped at Ryans arm, begging Ryan to help him.
"Its okay, Its okay. You're goin to be fine." ryan said. His wounds were deep. He heard a bloodlust roar from behind him. Ryan turned in time to see a raider raise an axe above his head. Ryan grabbed the axe handle with his right hand and slashed the raiders exposed neck with the combat knife. He returned to his patient, only to find him dead. Ryan stood up and unslung his rifle, shooting another raider as he came towads Ryan. Ryan ran further into town, as the Raiders pushed in. he stopped to help another fallen victim when the raiders, turned, and simply left. Ryans heart pounded. He bandaged the fallen settler and gave him a shot of med-X. Then he stood, his breathing heavy. He recognized the Town Mayer reading a note the raiders had left behind. Joey crumpled it up and threw it to the ground, then getting on the loudspeakers ordering people to set up defences, and gather weapons. Ryan headed over to the note and uncrumpled it. He read over the note, and then looked at Joey in bewilderment. He pocketed the note.
"Ta Hell with you if you think we can survive another wave of this [censored]!" Ryan yelled as Joey finished his announcement.

Brent got the weapons he left back at the burnt out house, and took the ammo and weapons off the dead raiders,he took exta care to remove his blade from the radier he killed last night. "Not bad, considering I barely sharpened you."

He went into town with Clay. The place still looked like a battlefield, bullet holes were eveywhere, blood stains covered the walls, and spent shells littered the ground. At the moment, his wounds were as good as they were going to get,so he didn't bother looking for a doctor. Instead,he decided to follow Clay around until they met someone in charge around here. Maybe from there he could look into getting some fresh supplies.

Clay and Brent were walking through the ruined streets, "Where the hell is everyone?" so far, they'd only seen a few people. As they got further into the town, Clay began asking people questions, "Where's the Mayor, where's someone in charge?" Nobody seemed to talk. Eventually the two just kept walking, trying to find someone who would maybe enlighten them a bit.

Clay wanted to find the Mayor, he was looking for work, and his work was hunting Raiders, so it only seemed like a fair bargain at the time. "Hey Brent, have you been here before, because chances are you know more about this place than I do."

OOC: This post is short and sweet because I've got to head for work soon.

IC

Adam thought for a moment as he walked through the camp. Several groups of wandering Raiders, a dozen in each group had come into the camp, and said they were joining the Sand Eaters. Adam questioned them at first, giving them reason to think twice before actually deciding to join or began working with the Sand Eaters. The rest of the clan was weary of them as well, they seemed like regular Raiders, but not completely. It didn't matter really though, because the second they tried to double cross Adam, they would be sentenced to death and turned into a meal.

"Adam!" Grandfather said waving his hand gently in the air for a quick moment.

"Yes, Grandfather?" Adam replied with a smile.

"How long are we going to stay here? When will we return to the Clan house?"

"Soon. We'll begin long range raids attacking Drilldon when need be. Until then, I want guards 24/7 with the specialized spears and rifles. Fires out, and no one is to make a sound. I do not want to attract any Yao Guai or Deathclaws. We have to wait until the reinforcements get here, all 300 of them." Grandfather looked surprised, Adam was going to use the other 300 reinforcements on one single settlement. Had he been touched in the head during the battle- No, he was ready for war. He wanted the town of Drilldon to be a graveyard once he was done with it. They had not yet sent a messanger to speak with Drake, so they were less likely to do so.

"They will see the true power of the Sand Eaters! Once all 500 of us march to their walls, they will either fight and be slaughtered or they will surrender their town to us. Maybe we can strike a deal, and settle in one place for once?" Adam said walking off to inspect the rest of the camp. Grandfather ordered the guards to be on watch 24/7 with the special spears and rifles, and other weapons that would cause serious bodily harm. Nothing would be getting into the camp. Adam was always paranoid about that, but it did not consume him. The armoury was still hard at work, hammering out dents and hammering weapons together making them stronger. War with Drilldon would come at a serious cost to the townies of Drilldon, Adam would make sure of it.

Ryan marched up to Joey with the sheet of paper in his hand. he thrust it into the mans chest, and waited for Joey to realize what he was looking at.
"Why havn't we responded?" Ryan asked forcefully?
He didn't wait for a reply.
"I have seen a lot of bloodshed today, and almost all of it came from citizens of this town. We do not have the firepower to defend against these raiders, let alone the food and medical supplies!"
Ryan yelled.

"To be honest Clay,I only spyed on this village for a couple of days because I thought something was weird with this town. I couldn't tell you who was in charge,a lot of weird characters moved in here, and they all seemed to be in charge to me."

As they wandered through the town,Brent noticed a man with an unusual robe on. It was Apollo, who was treating his wounds from the battle. Brent noted his odd clothing, and considering he was wearing a bloodied chinese jumpsuit,he hoped he could talk to the man without weirding him out.

"Hey can you lend us some help,or at least some information?"

Adam said pulling out three boxes with a dozen Mini-nukes in each
aren't mini-nukes, like, rare?

IC: They were ready for battle. They had some merceneries and wasters with them now, being payed with caps and ammo. There was two turrets on both sides of the bridge, mines all around the town, mostly in the front, and dangerous wasteland critters ready for attack. Well, they were just hungry mole-rats and wild dogs in cages. When the raiders came, they would, hopefully, get a good meal.

Six Talon, and twelve no-name leather donning mercs were all standing in the town square, with one Talon sitting on the couch, looking for the Sand Eaters. More like dirt eaters, as Joey claims he'll make them. The mercs, and wasters all had laser, hunting, and sniper rifles. The settlers, well, they still had an assortment of improvised weapons. Golf clubs, swords, a minigun or two (hiding in the buildings), 32. hunting rifles and pistols, 10mm, assault rifles, and so on, nothing big, like gatling lasers, or plasma weapons. Just scavved, weak weapons.

Joey looked at the man, Ryan, and pushed him down, "Respond to those...Those monsters! They want us to send them a small child for them to gut up, and probably feed to Yao Giua (sp?)! You think i'm gonna' do that! We have mercs with us now! And traps! Freaking bear traps and mines! Even if thats not enough, we...We have willpower! And, boy, don't you DARE yell at ME!". He had his chinese pistol, still aimed at him, "I'm the leader around here!".

"My hands! Did you say MY hands!?" Joey yelled. "I didn't kill em'! The raiders did! Plus, they had a choice to live here or not!". He turned away to look at the men, women, and children healing one another, dragging away the bodies, and dousing the fires.

An hour later, two leather-armor mercs were warmin up around a trash-can fire in the middle of town, chatting. The one on the left started the conversation.

"So, you think this pay'll be worth it?".

"It better be, Danny! I ain't risking my ass for little pay!".

Snipers were on the rooftops, and people were mending the barricade. It was quiet. Mitch returned from his hunting trip, and put the food in the common house fridge. Twelve mole rat meat, six dog meat, and a yao guai meat. The rest was some whiskey, three bottles of filthy water, and a vodka.

It was peaceful...For now. The Talon merc was on the couch, next to one of the turrets, with binoculars, and the rest of the mercs, no-named leather donned ones, and talon, were hanging around town

Ryan went back to aiding the wounded, with bandaging up wounds, and providing medicine when necissary. Ryan was just fininshing up wraping up a settlers leg with bandages, when he noticed two new characters in town. One of them looked like he had a hint of chinese in him. Not something you see every day in the wastes. He was bloodied up pretty badly. Ryan stood and wiped some sweat from his brow.
"You fellers okay?" Ryan asked the two.

"Oh dont worry about me,this guy patched me up already",he said gesturing towards Clay. "Ya hey,uh...are things alright around here? I mean,I know you were attacked, but did you win?"

OOC: Oh how the shadow of doubt is quickly cast apon Joey. Its all his fault that "blood" is on his hands, if he hadn't attacked Adam and his raiders. They probably wouldn't be in the situation they are now. :)

IC

Adam walked into the armoury, checking out the Fat Man they had aquired. It seemed in good shape, only time would tell if it would be a its full potential. The smithy worked on it, hammering pieces that needed to be straightened or bent. They had another Fat Man, but it didn't work so well so they used the pieces they could off that, and replaced them with others.

"How's that Fat Man coming along?" Adam asked curiously.

"Let's just say, those settlers won't know what hit them when they see us with this. Their defenses won't stand up against this bad boy!" The smithy replied returning back to his hammering and welding. Adam walked out of the armoury, and walked around the camp. At the entrance of the camp, 300 armed and readied warriors stood around not know where to go. Adam walked over to greet them.

"Welcome brothers and sisters, welcome to our camp. Gather what you need to travel, and ready yourself later. We may attack the settlement of Drilldon soon, and I want everyone to be ready. Go to the medicine man, he will make your weapons strong!" Adam said raising his fist in the air and bringing it down as if he was smashing someone's skull in. the 300 warriors did as they were told, and walked to the medicine man's tent. The camp was preparing for a possible war. By now, word had gotten to Adam by word of wastelander, that Drilldon had created defenses of their own. He heard they had built some barricades around the settlement, but they would not hold up against their weapons. As soon as the wastelanders told them what they needed, they were killed without mercy and turned into a meal. The sun was still high, and Adam still needed time to prepare.

He hoped they would come to their senses, and send a messanger to talk this over. Adam liked killing, but if he truly needed to, he would talk. It was all up to the people of Drilldon.

The man told her to follow him. "Hope this is worth it!" she thought after sitting on a bench next to the Mayor's office. The settler told her to wait here for the Mayor.
fixed

IC:
After waiting some time on the bench she desided to find him herself. "Damn it! That plan was a waste of time" she said to herself and stood up. The town was covered in blood and most of the buildings smoked. "Raiders will kill them before I have a chance to even capture one or two of them..." Mia then desided to go talk to some of the locals...

Adam called one of his scouts to his side. It seemed like the settlers were never going to send a messager in response to his note so he would sent a messanger to him. The boy was no more than 15 years old, and was already a vicious killer in Adam's eyes.

"I want you to go to Drilldon. Tell them that if they do not want to be killed mercilessly, then they should broker a deal. Do not agree to anything that I myself would not agree to. But do not make rash decisions of your own. Make them know that if they try and cross us by any means or try and attack us. We will kill all of them mercilessly, and will take their women and children as slaves and food. Make them worry, let them sweat it out a bit, O.K.?"

"Yes, Night Stalker!" The boy said grabbing his knife and rushing out of the camp. He would make it to Drilldon before sun down, and if he did not return by sun down, the whole clan would go on the war path. All 520 of them, armed with Assault Rifles of different varieties, Swords, Axes, Shotguns, Hunting Rifles of different varieties, spears, grenades, molotov cocktails, and anything else they could muster up. Drilldon would have to be smarter than they were last time.

Joey hired more mercs. Fifteen more Talon, and sixteen more of those combat and leather armor donning no names. (Lets just call them No-name mercs). Altogether they had 49 rifle weilding, combat trained, take-no-prisoner-style mercs. Joey could only hoped that the mercs, he, his son, and the town could last.

The barricade was improved. More barbed wire, more scavenged junk, which was burnt wood, that came from burnt buildings. Also, they buried the bodies underneath the ground, behind the town. There was no real time for a funeral, though, just digging holes and placing bodies inside.

There scavengers came back, with stimpaks, med-x, 32. caliber ammo, and some guns, like a laser rifle, a 10mm SMG, the same type pistol, and a sawed off shotgun. This wasen't enough, but it would at least take some of the raiders down with a good ambush.

With a sniper on every roof, spotter on the couch, a handful of mercs, turrets, two mini-gunners in the windows of the saloon and the general store, and land mines. Well, it was going to be one hell of a warzone down there

The talon merc on the couch yells, "HEY! I SEE SOMEONE! Its....Its a kid! About 15 years old". Joey runs to the bridge and screams at the kid who is a bit too close to the mines. "Hey, you! Yeah, you! Stay right there or these turrets will identify you as a hostile!". He uses that as a true excuse to get him to not step on the dirt-disguised landmines.

Joey takes out his combat shotgun and points it at the kid.

OOC: Hey, MAD-MAX, don't you think thre HUNDRED raiders is a TINY bit RP uber? No, I correct myself FIVE HUNDRED!?
Also, does this kid look like a raider?

While walking around the town Mia noticed that some people were putting traps at the main entrance. "Round two?" she thought and desided to go closer and see. There were mines, bear traps and barricades. If there was gonna be round two the settlers were getting prepared to defend this place. She looked around for a settler that wasn't so busy. Most of the people were working hard, but one was just watching. "Hope he isn't one of the silent types..." she laughed (not loud) and moved closer to talk to him. "You know who's the Mayor and how I can get to speak to him? I waited on that f*** bench, but noone came" (the settler was Joey, but my char doesn't know that ofc.)
