As I'm sure everyone who uses MannyGT's mod knows, there is no spring in Winterhold, and he appears to have abandoned the mod.

I poked around in the CK looking at the mod, but don't understand the process of assembling a fountain from scratch for myself (there are a number of pieces involved).

Does anyone know if there is a patch file anywhere, or if MannyGT has fixed this and posted it somewhere other than the Nexus?
If not, does anyone have any idea how I would be able to put a fountain in Winterhold for myself?
