Russia.

Russia was affect greatly by the war, and nearly all of its cities where destroyed except for a few that where actually stable. The name of these cities before the war is not known now, but they are used today. The people of Russia wanted things to be back to normal after the bombs fell, so they started a make-shift government. In each city there was a council of 5 people that consuleted eachother about ways to further the good of the city.

The city our story starts in is called Rolonova. This city had banned drugs, and threatend a public execution to anyone that refused its law. But, of course, there where the law breakers. There where many gangs of drug smugglers in the city, but none so large as the Rocks, who shipped more than 60% of the chems into the city. The council hired many mercenaries to stop them, but all either failed or joined the Rocks.

Four years after this event started, The Council of Rolonova sent scouting parties into ruined cities. In one of the cities, they found a document describing a group of elite soldiers called the Spetsnaz. After bringing this back tot he council, they decided they must also make a group much like them.

And so, the Spetsnaz where recreated to stop the Rocks. And you are one of them.

What is a .308 revolver. .308 is a high powered rifle round and would never even fit in a revolvers cylinder right due to the necked bullet, regardless of modifications, because the necking would leave room for compression,thus causing the cylider to either deform or worse, explode, blowing your hand off. I think you mean .38, which is a common revolver round.
