I'm trying to create a perk that slows down time when you're dual casting... but the slow time spell effect has some strange sound attached to it that i can't get rid of.

I thought I might use the console command sgtm to slow down time instead but I don't know how to call that command in a script...

any and all help would be appreciated.

Make your own copy of the magic effect and remove the sound from it. Should be that simple
