Dual wield pistols for the light type.

As the topic states, and the first trailer showed......

An ultralight, 2 pistol, parkour ninja in the "bug" armor suit is what made me pre-order Brink. But, where is it?

Being denied shotguns, the light type could use some variety. We're stuck with sub-machineguns, pistols, and 2 sniper type rifles. (the latter of which i do not see used very much.)

2 knives, 2 pistols. That's all i want.

2 MP's with improved engineer buff would be so overpowered. Just saying.

For Lights only?

But yes, Dual Wielding should be in.

My answer?

ALL classes should be able to take a Pistol as primary, and when they do, they should automatically dual-wield it with their secondary. Change weapon button puts the selected primary weapon away, so you can use only your secondary. Lights could dual-wield Pistols, Mediums could do SMG/Pistol, Heavies would be able to dual-wield an AR with the pistol primary.

When dual-wielding, melee would be a pistol whip, with gunbutt attack damage, but no knockdown, and the ADS button would fire one weapon, while the normal fire button uses the other. Probably need decreased accuracy on your secondary weapon while dual-wielding too, and possibly a penalty to reload speed (although being able to interrupt a reload of one weapon while firing the other would cause the reload tims to feel longer anyway)
