Dual wielding perk.

pfft.... I bet you they could. Who pays enough attention to reloads to care? If you say you do, I feel bad.... for you.

Because it doesn't make any sense.

Mutants, The Master, and everything else makes sense because it applies to what the Science! of the 50's was like, and the game universe.

Completely defying the laws of physics and logic does not.

I fail to see anything about Fallout that is realistic. Fallout is nothing like what would actually happen in a post apocalyptic world. Here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0v6S2BgpgWU <<<<<<<<<< I can see a fallout character doing this ITS A GAME anything is possible. THis is how you would reload.

Yeah that only took forever to do  . I would like to see the guy reload revolvers. Animating that would jus be stupid. Our characters having to put the weapon under their pitts to reload. There is also vats, it would not work you would be gunned down.

Not anything is possible. Fallout is realistic within the rules of the Fallout Universe. I am not saying its against canon I am just saying it would be very stupid and the animation if there is any would svck. The only way to have it would be "magic."

Then I suppose you would need the speed reload perk. Whatever if your biggest concern is the "reloading" I'll leave you to it.

try this one then http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFVKK9gmwE8

MMMM. I love that reload(yes i play cod and im ashamed of it, and i dont at all hardly anymore). What is it like tomb raider he pulls the clips out of the side that are fastened there?

Still does not work because we can change the Camera view to see ourself shooting. There is still the matter of revolvers.

Ace is right. In Fallout New Vegas we can watch ourselves while we shoot. I can look down the barrel of my own gun. Can you do that in CoD? The reload animation would be messed up and the vats would be screwed. And you still have not explained how one would reload revolvers.

But he cant because it would be far to complex.

:banghead: How do you people think by saying "That outrageous, never in a million years in real life, thing, is possible in the Fallout Universe" but a simple reload technique Isnt. You are contradicting yourself! If Laser guns can happen in the "Fallout Universe" so can dual reloading even if they have to use COD magic. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

No they can't, the game engine can't support two guns being used at once without ruining the concept.

Fallout has rules that it goes by. Mutants and laser weapons are possible because the rules of the Fallout Universe allows it. Fallout is what the people of the 1950s thought the future would look like, then nuked to hell.

Duel wielding is not against canon. What we are trying to get across to you is that the animation for it would be stupid. People don't want magic COD reloads. Like I poined out we can move the camera view in Fallout New Vegas. Its not like COD were the only part of are body we see is are hands or a top down view. COD animation would not work in Fallout New Vegas.

Umm laser guns could be possible. Ever wonder why during WW2 that Japan didnt make any Nukes. It was because they were making Lasers. They were partly successful for the most part but at very very close ranges. It was overall a complete waste of time.

I would like dual wielding for melee weapons seems more simple and less complicated compared to guns.

If they raise the level cap in the next DLC they should incorporate a Dual wielding perk. If its a possible function you could dual wield melee weapons or guns. For example: two 9mm Pistols or two 10mm pistols. A 9mm pistol and a 10mm pistol. Even dual wield 9mm sub-machine guns, so on and so forth................ If you replaced the "look down the sights" trigger with another "fire" trigger itd work perfectly. Personally, dual Fully upgraded silenced 10mm pistols would be the bomb. Ultimate Assassin.

Hell yes! Iv'e always wanted to dual wield Two sawed off shotguns.

Wow, 40 posts already?

Anyway, I don't really care, but if I got to choose between this one or a perk at lvl 30 that gave +5 Survival I'd pick the survival one over this one really.
So while I don't care I'd much rather have other perks to play around with.

Ok thats not real guns also. 2. thats time consuming. 3. You would get killed taking up that much time. 4. how would they animate that?

It dosent matter if their real or not, you could do that with real fire arms anyday.

But the practicality of the whole matter just doesn't add up. Especially with the revolvers.

Okay, Holster a revolver while reloading the other, then holster the loaded and reload the other, then take the other revolver out. Sure the load time, and acuracy would be longer/worse, but it is alot more fire power.

Yah but does that firepower make up for how long its gonna take to load the guns not to mention your getting shot at while doing this. Plus the animation that has to go into play for this.

1. Thats for the player to decide if they would like to sacrifice acuracy/ reload time for more fire power.

2.Take cover, and have some stims.

3. The animation would be simple as all your doing is holstering a revolver then loading the other one, and vice versa.

But there is no holsters in FNV. You just put the gun on your imaginary holster on the side of your thigh. Plus what about the .357 magnum you have to eject the shells one by one.

That would be the most annoying thing every. Get into a gun battle, fire off your shots then have to sit there and reload each revolver one bullet at a time while you are being shot at. Then what about vats? You would be a screwed. When there is a wave of animals/melee people running up to you, taking cover would not help at all.
