I'm largely against it. I say largely for a reason. I don't think dual wielding should be allowed outside the realm of pistols and light melee weapons (IE knives and pipes), even then, it should require a 60+ guns/melee skill to do so. Why? Because realistically, dual wielding two 44 magnums is going to get you little wore than two concussions on the head. I don't care if you saw some redneck on youtube do it, just because one guy might be able to dual wield doesnt mean we all can.
Assault rifles, SMGs, miniguns, shotguns, sledgehammers, super sledges, etc shouldnt be dual wieldable period. So what if you can do it on CoD or Halo? Those games arent marketed with the slightest sense of realism, their FPS with little story and more about 'Run N Gun'. In an RPG like Fallout, if Dual Wielding was to be added, it'd have to be something you'd HAVE to insert 60+ into, like in real life, you'd have to train your character to be able to even remotely dual wield uneasily.
