Is it possible to dual wield two different wepoans with hotkeys? Every time I have to hit the Q to manually equip each hand, which is so annoying. It breaks the flow.

Skyrim has been updated so many times and they haven't addressed that yet. Dissappointing.

Not without using a Mod, Weapons always equip in the right hand. It is possible to use a Bound Sword and Bound Dagger, and it can be done by having two identical (unsmithed and unenchanted) weapons for the left hand tied to one key, and a Main Weapon tied to another Key.
