Dumb question...

How do I delete my saved games??? I'm on Windows 7, and can't seem to find them in my C: drive anywhere, and would really appreciate knowing 1) where this game is putting stuff on my laptop; and 2) how to delete these saves that are cluttering up my saved games list. Sorry for the lack of intelligence on my behalf for not already knowing the answer...

On a 32bit system:

All morrowind related files are located in
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\

Saves are found in
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Saves
find the files you want to delete and delete them, everything ther is a save and the names should correspond to the ones in game

On a 64bit system:

All morrowind related files are located in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\

Saves are found in
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks (x86)\Morrowind\Saves
find the files you want to delete and delete them, everything there is a save and the names should correspond to the ones in game

If you are not running the game as Admin, or have your UAC turned on, the Saves are very well hidden for Vista and Wndows7.

This post from the Pinned Vista/Windows7 thread describes it:

Tricky Windows 7... How do I change the location of save files and/or un-hide folders? What's a UAC? Once again, sorry for my failing intelligence....

To show hidden files and folders open Windows Explorer (any folder) click on tools->folder options

in the folder options window go to view and under the files and folder section find Hidden Files and Folders and select the Show hidden files, folders, and drives

As for changing the save location, I don't believe you can do that, but of course, I may be wrong :)

Thank you very much! I created a shortcut to the AppData folder. Lol. Problem (semi-)solved. :]
