Dumbest question in eternity

Is there anyway to "reset" the contents of an area or your home. Every time I walk into Dragonreach, it's messier and messier. There's stuff on the ground everywhere...food, dishes, random soul stones (don't touch those or we'll arrest you!). It's disgraceful. Yesterday I accidentally bumped into my dining room table at Breezehome and knocked a couple things out of place and my OCD kicked in.

I can't have my Skyrim this out of order. Oh, and Lydia...useless. Doesn't cook, doesn't clean, lives in my house with free room and board. C'MON!

I don't dump my stuff in the streets or in random buldings, so I've no real issue with things being out of place. *frown*
