A dunmer walks into a bar.

A few minutes later, a nord walks into the bar.

Some time later, a khajiit walks into the same bar.

Bemused, the breton ponders what else he can use to booby trap the keep entrance with.

They walk up to the bar.

The Dunmer says "I'll have some wine."

The Nord says "I'll have an ale."

The Khajiit says, "I'll have some milk."

The bartender says, "Sorry, I'm all out of liquid."

The 3 travelers say in unison, "That's alright, we're all in the same alliance and brought our horses with us."

If you're scratching your head wondering what this means and why this is funny, you're not German. Yes, the Germans (of which I am not one) call this sort of a joke an anti-joke. It's funny because it doesn't make sense, and isn't actually all that funny - in their minds. And of course I don't speak on behalf of all Germans, I'm sure.
