I'm having some troubles with moving refs that get duplicated.
Mod A is an esp that adds all sorts of things to Balmora

I need to make an esp patch to move the well to another position. I open up mod A with the CS, move the well and save as a new mod which will be mod B. Now when I go in game I see two wells: one in mod A original position and a second one in mod B new position while I was expecting to see just the well in the new position. After loading again both mod A and B in CS I have this

This is something that is starting to bother me quite a lot and I've no idea if it's the intended behavior or if there's something terribly wrong with my MW install.
Is there a way to create a mod that moves another mod's refs without duplicating them?
