Duplicating Sheogorath's magic effects

When the player attacks Sheogorath, the player is frozen, and Sheogorath walks towards him and casts a spell and the player is transported above the Shivering Isles and falls to their death.
Now i have a a building that has in it at least 7 NPC's. How would i make it that, if the player attacks any one of these NPC's, the player is frozen as they are when they attack Sheogorath, and transported above my new World Space?
It has to happen whenever the player attacks any one NPC, but only that individual NPC will walk towards the player and transport them to their deaths.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just duplicate the "SESheogorathHitSpell" and the "SESheogorathHitSpellScript"; change the moveto {MARKER} to your marker in the script; and you'll be done.
As for the disableplayercontrols bit, just do that and call a package where the actor walks up to (Find) the player. Once it's finished, then call the moveto effect.
