I got the game for PC the other day (had been playing it on PS3 for a while) and immediately downloaded several mods, mostly graphical enhancements. After that, I was noticing random dust storms at night when I waited through the night. My original reaction: "Hey, that's kind of cool. That looks pretty good."

Now, my reaction is: "God damnit, not another one." They're even showing up during the day now. Really annoying.

And the strange part is that I never noticed one of these on PS3. There were a few occasional ones, but always small and I could still see.
