Simple. Why is it we have dwarven armour but no dwarves?

Because the Dwemer were wiped out.

The Dwarves all disappeared without a trace. Except for one, which caught the divine disease.

They mysteriously vanished long ago,back during the days of Nerever. There armor still exists like their ruins.

I think this is proof people just read the first post sometimes before posting, if even that.

That's a LOTR style dwarven. Dwemer is very different.

That was hopelessly corny and bad. FYI, the disappearance of the dwarves predated Oblivion since Arena. And this is the same Bethesda who showed topless women in their video games.

This is probably something for the Lore forum anyway. I could tell you some things about Kagrenac, his Tools the Battle for Red Mountain, Voryn Dagoth, Vehk and his friends etc. but you probably don't care and if you do there are enough topics on it in the Lore Forum.

I thought the Dwemer were all wiped out from one of the Daedric Princes. There's some info about it in one of the books in Morrowind.
