I performed an experiment everyone might find useful. I was curious if outfits extended stats beyond 10 and they DO!
I got a dweller with 10 Intelligence and built a new single wide science lab for the experiment. I made sure he was only wearing the vault suit and I put him in the science lab. The timer for the next collection was 3:33.
Then I took him out, destroyed the science lab, and built a new one. Then I put the professor outfit on him (Intelligence +4). When I put him in the lab, the timer for next collection was 2:37.
So outfits definitely push the stats above 10 if you were wondering!!
