Well... we know there are dwemer centurions, so that makes dwemer ruins very much likely.

Indeed. Centurions and other Dwemer constructs usually power themselves down after they've been too far removed from their native city. Would make sense that they were guarding Dwemer ruins in Skyrim given that they're there. Either that, or a Dunmer refugee has got clever and figured out how to bring them with?

You should try the search button when you have just one question like this rather then make a new thread. It's in that little grey popup thing.

To answer you though it's not been confirmed but highly hinted at. I would say yes they are in but there's a slim chance the ruin may not be actual dwemer. That being said a lot of the stuff points to dwarves and we know them to be the dwemer in The Elder Scrolls so like i said highly likely. I would count on it.

Centurion Sphere, Todd howards comments on dwarves carving cities into mountains that the nords moved in to, and the GI mention of ruins are my sources.

In one of interviews, Todd Howard said that there are some ancient cities made by Dwemer thousands of years ago, which Nords have moved into, and they ooze of culture.

Hopefully there will be Ayleid ruins near Cyrodiil border, Dwemer ruins near Morrowind border etc (including one's of a completely new style). That would make me very happy!
