Personally I'd rather weapons such as guns be left out of the Elder Scrolls. I like my ES dwarves to be dwemer, not Warcraft dwarves.

you people who are saying there would be no need for guns due to magic not everyone is an expert in magic .have you not noticed all the warrior and marksman type characters in the elder scrolls?

Cross bow would be neat. Guns are a no no. Unless you follow the cult of :starwars: !!!

The only way I could see any form of rifle/gun working in game is if they make the reload time three times that of the other bows.


Something like a musket where you shoot. Place the butt of the gun on the ground, get your gun powder out, pour it down the barrel. *Ogre comes running up to you after you've just shot him in the ass..* "what are you doing there?"... "Yeah sorry buddy, 1 sec" .... pack the barrel down. Reloaded!.. hah! have at you Ogre... misfire.. crap...

My thoughts exactly. A Dwemer Scoped XTREME Rifle just does not murder and spit on lore enough for my tastes, no sir. This gun MUST have an XTREME Dwemer laser sight too. How did the Dwemer discover something as advanced as a laser? Well it had to happen some time right? Right? And if we have lasers, we might as well have computers, because these Dwemer were just soooo focused on technology! I hope we find server farms in Skyrim! I wonder how much we'd get to sell all the Dwemer XTREME multi-core processors we'd find for? We could corner the market! But what would the people of Tamriel do with a processor? Well, hell, just make a spell that summons computers of course! But they'd have to all lack processors, and only the Champion of Skyrim could come with his advanced processors and save the day! And if they have computers, surely they have games? Perhaps those games would include such XTREME games like Call of Duty! You could play a SUPER XTREME game right inside your already XTREME game!
