I"ve got a question regarding the two known Dwemer dates.

Both read 1180 P.D. and 1220 P.D. I"ve somewhere read, that P.D. stands for Planting Day but I would like some confirmation. Is there an post of WormGod or something simliar availible or am I completly wrong?
