now DX11 are not good at problem on full screen mode with 1080p. the problem are not full screen at scaling and have side black samesame old scaling before fixed overscan.

i had the same problem...but now i fix it try to press alt+enter 3 times or enter in windows mod and change it in the game to fullscreen manually.

I get the same thing too, the alt enter thing does not work for me.
