I Installed the patch and the DX11 and the high texture res packages and I put the ultra settings with dx11 and high res textures and motion blur on high but the game didn't work perfect.
This is my computer:
CPU- Intel core 2 quad QX9770
RAM- 2GB RAM
GPU- NVIDIA GTX 470 1280 MB
Windows 7 64 bit.

What I have to upgrade that the game will work perfect?

Gaming RAM, i'd go for 8GB (1600Mhz), gaming ram has faster ram timings.

I'd say just lower settings and/or wait a little bit before deciding you need new hardware right away. For all we know there could be things wrong with these patches that are inducing lag and frame rate issues.

EDIT: Yeah actually more RAM wouldn't hurt. Lol.

For gaming

4GB for 64bit
2GB for 32bit

im running 6GB only because i use tipple channel RAM

So I have to add more 2GB of RAM and than the game will work for me perferctly? My CPU and my GPU are good for games?
