Dynamic Encounters

Previous Elder Scrolls Games have had dynamic events; Skyrim for example had all sorts of randomly generated encounters on the road, some of which roamed. These are things that no Elder Scrolls title should be without to keep it entertaining and giving the appearance of a living world that is always changing.
So here is a list of things that I'd love to see in the Elder Scrolls Online provided they're not already in the game; some of which are from the previous games...

Bandit Attacks - You ever come up on a farm or small hamlet and found it under attack by bandits? Pesky aren't they? Well now you can deal with it using our new product, Bandit-Be-Gone! Warning, may cause dismemberment...
Random Assassination Attempts - Uh Oh, I think someone's out for revenge after your heroic rescue of those farmers by killing all those bandits... Behind you!
Escort Missions - I'm trying to get to Windhelm for a wedding but the road's pretty treacherous this time of year; I heard you're good for this job... I'll pay you of course... *famous last words*
Smuggling - "Even I get boarded sometimes... do you think I had a choice?"
Mugging - I'll take your gold, your armor, your sword, and your sweet-roll!
Vampire Attacks - "Are you my mummy?"
Prisoner of War Rescue - I hear Hogan's Heroes... anyone else hear Hogan's heroes?
Traveling Caravans - It'd be cool to see traders that travel during the day and camp at night, selling their wares; maybe occasionally needing rescue.
Wolf Pack Attacks - You hear that howl and suddenly realize that you're Liam Neeson.
M'aiq the Liar - M'aiq knows many things... "M'aiq hears many stories of war... yet few of them are true."

Definitely fun, have I missed any? There were so many random things in Skyrim that would happen when you were just wandering around it was easy to forget it was a video game and not a world simulation.
Please add any you think I forgot, this would definitely be a great resource for the devs going forward and there was nothing cooler than getting lost in the dark forests of Skyrim during the night and coming up on a vampire pretending to be a Vigilant of Stendarr...
Please pop in with any input, who knows... our suggestions might get added if they're not in the game already.

*Random* encounters? I haven't encountered them in the game yet. Are they even in the game? Do you know something I don't? Speak damn it!

I can neither confirm or deny my like or dislike for the game... :D
I concur with Bleak... my guess is you can neither confirm or deny the presence of similar randomly generated encounters and ambient life in TESO...

I almost forgot... gotta add these to the list...

Hunting Parties - Dear me... where are the Deer?
Werewolf Encounter - "Werewolves? Where? Wolves? Men that are wolves? Many wolves. Everywhere. Many men. That is enough for M'aiq."
Drunken Villagers - It'd be fun to see NPC's getting drunk and the occasional bar fight.

I think he is just trollin' around. I doubt these were ever implemented. But they are a must and we should request them (already have in the beta feedback survey).
