[REL] Dynamic Game Settings

Dynamic game settings v1.0

This mod dynamically changes various game settings.
MGE XE is required.

FEATURES:
PC constantly loses stamina when in water. Argonians are not affected.
When swimming PC loses stamina faster than when running. Argonians are not affected.
Argonians swim 60% faster than other races.
Argonians don't have waterbreathing magical ability. Instead they can hold their breath underwater for 2 minutes.
Khajiits jump farther and higher and can fall from greater height without taking damage.
Critical strike damage depends on your weapon skill. Default value is 1.5. At weapon skill 11-20 its 2.0. At weapon skill 21-30 its 2.5 and so on.
Damage that your weapons receive when you use them is increased and it depends on your weapon skill.
Percentage of your arrows that are left on dead bodies depends on your luck and your marksman skill. The formula is: your luck * 0.4 + your marksman skill * 0.5.
Wind speed affects your movement speed during ash, blight storms and blizzards. In vanilla game you always move 25% slower against the wind during storms.

BUGS:
All NPCs are also affected.

Wow! Nice ideas there! I espescially liked the Criritical strike being affected by skill.

So does this decrease as you weapon skill increase?

This not a bug to me. I cherish mods that apply the same rules to NPCs and the player character. I've even been known to avoid mods that did not do this. I like a level playing field. If I have to work with stricter rules, so should they. ;)

I too love the idea that crits, weapon damage and arrow retrieval are skill-based percentages. Great work!
