Early Copys already out? : Crysis

One of my friends is playing it already. Are the legal early copys of Crysis 2 already out? I heard some shops are selling it

There are always going to be retailers that will sell the game earlier than permitted. Just a fact of life.

thats what i mean. my retailer always selled it earlier, but not this time

Yeah, like Dj-iceman said, it happens to some, but not to all of us.

And I don't know if it's legal or not to obtain early copies, if there is only 1 to 3 days left for a full release (Everywhere, basically).
