I'm a few quests in the DB quest line and seem to be incapable of finding any player housing.

So where is a good place to store your gear early on in the quest. I found one place in Raven Rock that is definitively meant for the player but its all still un-owned by me so I don't feel safe storing my gear there.

So where is there a safe storage area for my gear until I unlock the home in RR?

Alternately any respawning container should have a ten day timer. If you want to you can use the barrels outside of Severin Manor theoretically. All you would need to do is come back to them before ten days are up and activate them and it will reset the 'clock' for respawn back to one. The same with the chest and any storage in the rented bedroom at the Retching Netch. These aren't perfect alternatives but if you're constantly going back to them it shouldn't bite you.

I did a little searching and it seems I have already done what's needed to get the house in Raven Rock, guess I just need to claim my prize.
