Early Request to gamesas

First of all, thanks if any of you BGS staff opens this to read and going to take this request into account.

My request is simple. I just hope that by the time you release your Fallout 4 DLC, the DLC isn't user-locked. User-locked means that the DLC data won't be able to be used by anyone except the account where it's purchased from.

Why? Because I'm from SE Asia. I'm using an SEA PSN account. I'm playing my Fallout 4 in that account, yet my game is R1 copy.

I'm glad my game is R1, instead of R3. Because frankly speaking, your planning of maintaining the R3 version is totally messed up, as we can see from the reports around.

In this case, if I'm going to buy your DLC, that means I'll have to head over to my sub US PSN to purchase it. Do keep in mind that I can't just swap to R3 copy because my save data won't be compatible. I can't transfer my save data to another account either because of Sony's rule. However, I know that developers have the authority to make DLC user-locked or not. So, please, for the love of god and for the sake of your fans, do not user-lock it.

If you've read until this point. I appreciate it and I hope you can understand the circumstances.

Yeah, but then there's no stopping the first buyer to freely share it with his 50 friends. Not happening.
