Just did a DID run and have done most quests and all expansions and when i hit lvl 45 it said max and i didnt gain any xp, then i ran across a location and got +10 xp and now my character is earning xp again.

A bug, oh and the stonewall and hit the deck perks are both still bugged.


Im on the PC by the way and i got no addons or cheats.

By addons do you also mean DLCs? Because with out DLCs I fail to see how you got to 45 in the first place. Or do you mean fan-made mods?
