Earning mystery dog tag unlock tokens. : Crysis

one account on my xbox earns them just fine. The other account does not earn them at all. Any thoughts. How do you earn more mystery dog tag unlocks. Thanks

Ok, I just checked the hint book and it says I should be earning mystery dog tag tokens at different levels of suit experience (ie leveling up your armor,power,stealth) Well, all three of those levels are above 5 and a few are above 6 and still not even 1 mystery dog tag unlock token. is the account bugged? By the way this is on the second of our online accounts, not the one under this gamertag.

I am seeing more messages about unlock tokens either not being awarded or being awarded and then disappearing. Does anyone know if this is on an official bug list anywhere?
