Approved. (I'm assuming its purifier is similar in capacity to Megatons?)

Correct. However, we do not require any acrobatic wanderers climbing around our rooftop's to keep the pipes in check. ;)

Anywho, I like what bosmight did with the history. If he doesn't mind, I'll just use a edited version of his.

History: Allistair Tenpenny was the powerhouse of the Capital Wasteland. His tower was envied as the one place where the rich and powerful of the wastes could seek out for protection. However, he wished to expand. To do so, he hired builders from all across the coast, and eventually, the walls of Tenpenny expanded quite a distance. The surrounding area is mostly used for farming, however high-profile locations such as the recently secured Rob-Co facilities to the north are being used for production, thanks to some very costly engineers. Their borders, however, are now beginning to border Fort Independence, Andale, and Evergreen Mills.

Was I right about it bigger in Vanilla or right about the mods?

If you want to use the mods as a basis for what Megaton looks like thats fine. Keep in mind the "not more powerful than Rivet City" clause though. I'm thinking Tenpenny/Megaton/Rivet City should all about be the same level of strength. Each just having different resources to offer. Although in-game Rivet City is fairly obviously the strongest, so we'll try and keep that true to a degree.

A tad too powerful for Tenpenny Tower. Tenpenny can "control the land" around the Tower and perhaps up to the Robco-facility (the Roboco-factory cannot produce weapons/armor/robots however you can use it for scrap/metal/technology trading purposes.) But not most of the south.

Tenpenny can also have a small town built up around the tower which is something like a shanty-town which provides food for the tower in exchange for limited protection from the guards (since I think this makes sense rather than having the Tower in the middle of nowhere). However I'd like to keep this all as close to Fallout 3 as possible. (Aside from the events of course).

At least we picked major settlements. We could have picked Girdershade.

To me, i dont really consider Girdershade a settlement, it only has 2 people and is really far, though i had ideas for it.

It was a joke.

Alright, I'll keep that in mind. Militarily: Rivet City is strongest. Population: Megaton is 'strongest.'

Edit: I think the Factory should produce simple weapons. Give them something to trade. But nothing to complex like mass-producing assault rifles. Things like sub-machine guns in small numbers (which are pretty easy to make according to thehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B%C5%82yskawica_submachine_gun) or break open shotguns and bolt-action rifles. But not to many.

Correct, and Tenpenny will be the "richest" (not sure how they attained that wealth but we'll leave that to the imagination).

That's a fairly good reflection of what we see in-game I believe.

Pretty sure they attained this wealth when people with a lot of caps wanted to spend any amount of money to not live in a hell hole.

And I edited my above comment about the Rob-co factory FYI.

Sounds fair enough.

History: Allistair Tenpenny was the powerhouse of the Capital Wasteland. His tower was envied as the one place where the rich and powerful of the wastes could seek out for protection. However, he wished to expand. Allistair set up a small town on the outer perimeters of the tower for farming purposes, and to attract more potential settlers to his growing empire. Currently, he has control over only a tiny portion of southern land, Robco-Facilities included. His top engineers are working on restoring the manufacturing plant, but so far barely any progress has been made and its mostly used for scrap parts.

I was thinking something like this, but I don't mind having the facility in non-working order. Up to Lt.

/Edit: Alright, I'll edit it one more time. XD

Thanks  , I agree with Supervaultboy Tenpenny should have a little something more to barter with and secure their protection with (since they are fairly isolated).

How about Rivet City has a superior stock of weapons (and thus a stronger military) based upon the weapons cache they found in the carrier left from the pre-war military? Sound reasonable? (question to everyone not just Drop_Dead).

Yeah, sounds reasonable. And goes with the whole "Rivet City is strongest" thing, and since Tenpenny guards were on the same level as Rivet City works thier to.

Miriam Godwinson
Godwinson was born within the Commonwealth. Her father was a trader from the Erie Stretch and her mother was born in the Abbey just like her relatives. When she was 21, became a explorer, she traveled all across the East Coast spreading the word of Christianity and charting locations for the Abbey. There she went to many places and expirenced alot. Rockville, escaping from the Burkitsville Cannibals, traversing the dangerous Belt Loop, Hagerstown, Philadelphia, The Colony, Point Lookout, Pitt, Ronto, the Broken Banks, New York City, and Monroeville. There, she saw violence. After 3 years from traveling, she wanted to help the people of the wasteland and reach out more. At the age of 28, she became head of the Abbey and decided to reach out more to the people of the wasteland.

She also knows about Talon Company, encountering them on her travels who tried to take her prisoner and kill innocent people.

I decide to create just to give some backstory. If you want to do one for your leader, go ahead. I don't think Andronicus said it was required.

It takes place immediately following the events of Broken Steel (the alternate events of Broken Steel) so 2077.

You can make one, but its certainly not required by any means.

Slavers.

Nice choice.

If we get one or two more people I think we can go ahead get this show on the road. I'd like to try and get the Pitt and/or Rivet City before starting.

I think you mean 2277 because 2077 is pre war still.

Whoops, typo. Yeah 2277.

Either one is fine. Which one do you prefer?

Alright, what sort of changes are you looking for?

Also since I think we have enough people, I'll be going ahead and making the official thread here fairly soon.
