I played today a few minutes just for testing what I have and... Is a f'*?/%ing dream of game. The most ironic is that Im not sure about if is to play what I really like more or just to build the game, but now I will play a little, and I will came back soon for bother you again with thousand of stupid noobish questions.

The first thing I added to Vanila Oblivion was OOO and Oblivion XP. I started afther to install mods from Delte′s list. I did a very realistic game, but afther to play much much much, I got tired of open so many times the inventory for so many actions and I moved a little bit from Realism to Gameplay, Challenge and a very Nice game, without go too far from Realism. Below is my mod list with 63 mods working perfectly with just OBMM. Not a lot of mods and not at all complicated to install. Is a good list for people starting to mod Oblivion searching for a nice and difficult game without do their life harder (not much, at least).
