eBay question.

Post » Mon Jun 16, 2014 3:39 pm

I recently signed up for eBay and have so far made one purchase and sold one item (that was never eventually payed for anyway) and I received a fee of around $5.00.

I know that eBay take a percentage of the money you get from selling stuff, but I never actually received any money from the buyer, so that doesn't really make sense.

Is it from the item I bought? Cause that seems ridiculous if that's the case...

Anyone know?

You never send an item before you get paid by the buyer.

IF they never paid file a Non Paying Buyer claim and they remove the fees owed

I never sent the item, I waited a week for the payment before they eventually told they weren't going to pay for it. But it still says I've sold X amount in the past 9 months or whatever. Does this just automatically make ebay send the fee?

Ok I marked it as unpaid and it says I should received a "Final value fee credit" within a week.

What does that mean?
