Ebony and Deadric bows : V

Hi.

Just wondering where I really can find these bows. I am level 28
I've heard you can craft them, but thats not really my thing.

i've seen few of Ebony bows at blacksmiths whiterun and that first village you visit not sure what was the name.

Good luck with that, the only way is if you level up your character a ton, or raise your smithing skill to 70 for ebony and 90 for daedric

At level 35 or so, I found an Ebony Bow in a dungeon. But it was a LARGE dungeon, that was several hours long, so it might have better loot.

I just found an ebony bow on a draugr deathlord in some dungeon. I think it may have been Volunruud. The one where you need to get these two ceremonial weapons to open a big door. I don't think you can find any daedric bows anywhere.

The ebony bows will start becoming common drops in level 40-above. The unfortunate thing is it is the Deathlords using them, and even with very high armor, ebony bow shots hurt.

....... The drops have nothing to do with a particular dungeon, they have to do with a level.

My level 45 has only just started seeing Ebony drops, if your hoping to buy or find a Daedric weapon you'll probably be looking into the 60's.

From level 40 you can buy ebony bows in shops.

Crafting isn't really my thing either, but it's really easy to level (make iron daggers and leather bracers all the way to 100) And finding a daedric bow...well I'm level 54 and have yet to see ANY daedric gear drop except for occasional arrows. I made my daedric bow and it rocks. 125 damage with 30 fire.

Ummm i'm pretty sure i compared damage of glass bow with ebony bow and the glass bow was higher...at least when i smithed it up. (edit - i meant when i'd smithed up both bows, ebony and glass....)

Someone else might want to confirm that before you drop everything in your ebony bow hunt.

Am i right or wrong someone?

Yup Deathlords carry them, so if you face them and they any lower tier weapon, you need to lvl up

I wonder if drops are associated with your smithing skill. I've come across a few ebony and dragon drops in dungeons and I'm only level 28, but have 100 smithing.

I found a Daedric bow in a chest at level 30. I think it was at the end of Lost Valley Redoubt (but it's random anyway). It may be relevant to know I didn't have the treasure hunter perk and my smithing was at 45 at the time.

Not true, i watch force2strategy 'lets play sklyrim' and he had ebony bow at like level 12? No smithing either, cant remember which dungeon he got it from

I've found plenty of ebony weapons in the game at levels 35+. Dadric is only at 7 arrows currently.

With the smithing system you can make Dwarven weapons/armor more than effective during the end game (level 50+) phase.

I saw ebony arrows at 28 in a Dwemer ruin and female smith in whiterun just had the first ebony bow for sale at 31. Imperial default difficulty.

If you don't have the necessary crafting to make Daedric weapons there's always the Atronach Forge method. :shifty:
