Ecconomics.

Now that we have town ecconomics is in teh game. How do you think this will change the NPCs?

Will NPCs be able to buy items and armour from stores now?

Will I be able to see Bob The Barbarian now walking around with a huge 2 handed magic enchanted deadric war sword I stold to a shop owner an hours ago?

Will NPCs keep running out of money when I sell stuff at stores (morrowind) or wil they have infinite money (Oblivion)?

Will NPC's get richer?

I wish they had infinite money. It`s silly to not be able to sell a high-valued item for it`s real price.

I really don't expect to see stuff like that. Maybe it would be nice, but it's very unlikely that stuff will make it in.

And I think NPCs will now have finite funds - I couldn't work out if that infinite money in Oblivion was a huge glitch or not.

Sadly I think it won't be as complex as this. The only things they have confirmed are about how resource availability affects prices. They have just put it under the heading "town economics" making it seem larger than it actually is IMO.

Yeah, cause it'd be silly if the pawn shop down the street from me couldn't afford my 2,000,000,000 dollar Fabergé egg for it's real price.

(disclaimer: the pawn shop down the street and my fictional fabergé egg are lies used to make a point.)

He said "I think".... meaning it's just conjecture.
