Echo Battery Charger Redesign

So, I am finally getting off my metaphorical lazy butt and updating my Battery Charger mod to include support for Alien Power Modules, and to also just overhaul it and try and make it more streamline and support faster converting. (Yes, the "convert all" option you have all wanted for so long).

So I just wanted to run some things by you all and see how they look. Tweaking, value changes, etc, lets hear it all, I want this to be good for everyone.

So here is the new layout I was thinking. I know its a lot of options in the sub menus, but I wasn't sure how people would feel about having to navigate a 3 level menu so i wanted to keep it at 2 max.

I think the 2 level menu is definitely a good idea. I like that the alien batteries require science skill, maybe consider making the requirement higher? 50 doesn't seem too difficult to achieve. As for the conversion rates, they seem fine to me.

Looks good. Having it do more than one batch at a time is a good idea too, to cut down on repetitive menu-surfing.

Yeah, I am actually going to attempt scripting math XD Main reason I didn't have a convert all option before, but ill try.

Anyhoo, 2 agreements with my layout is good enough for me! Suggestions on science skill requirement?
