Edit Master List Utility

Post » Fri Apr 01, 2011 8:39 pm

I'm sure this is a noob question but is there a utility somewhere to remove a master file dependency from a Fallout3 mod?

I've used one in the past with Oblivion but I can't seem to find out how to do it with Fallout 3.

I've tried Wrye Bash, which allows me to "change to" a different master but does not seem to allow me to remove the master dependency entirely.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I've tried using it and so far all I've found is a way to change dependancy to another ESM.

Looked through the manual and I'm at a loss.

Open the file and, after everything's loaded, R-Click it in the left panel and select "Clean masters". Provided the plugin doesn't reference forms from any given master, said master(s) will be removed, then just close/save.

The manual for Fo3Edit is in my sig, it may help you with alot of the process.

If not, then JustinOther is the resident Fo3Edit master - so your in good hands. ;)
