I just have one question.

It's how I can edit myself (while I am a vampire) or I want to be a vampire.

I want to get faster (running) and stronger and I can drink from people which aren't sleeping.

How do you mean 'stronger'? Do you just mean Carry Weight, or the actual amount of Damage you deal to enemies?

The Easiest way to increase Carry Weight or Speed whilst being a Vampire is to open the Console and type :

PlayerRef.ModAV SpeedMult 50
PlayerRef.ModAV CarryWeight 300

That would boost your speed by 50%, and double your Carry Weight.

To do it 'properly', you'll need to find the Vampire Abilities--I'm not at my CK, so cannot tell you the precise name, but it is something like 'AbVampirism'. There should be one for each Vampire level, if memory serves. You can add new effects to these, and they will be applied in game (if you're already a Vampire, you may have to wait until your stage changes for the effect to happen)

For Speed and Carry Weight, you'll need to make new Magic Effects--fastest way is to find something like 'Fortify [Skill]' and modify that to be type:Constant, target:Self, and then change the 'Actor Value' it used to either 'SpeedMult' or 'CarryWeight'.

If you go to the CK Wiki (Creationkit.com) you can look up 'Magic Effect' and 'Spell' which might give you some good idea of where to start
