I love skyrim redones perk system but want to drop everything else included with the mod so I can use other stuff that are usually incompatible.

Is it as simple as deleting everything in tes5edit apart from the perks and loading screens and then voila, ill have skyrim redone's perk system and nothing else? would this work as intended?
