I've noticed people have edited existing NPC's and added dialog, a quest, or whatever. I was curious to know how I would go about editing an NPC. When I look at their stats in the CS, everything is greyed out and seems to be protected from tampering. Anyone know a solution to this?

Under the save and cancel buttons when editing an NPC there's a check, with the word Blocked next to it. Uncheck the box and hit save. You should be able to edit the NPC now.
