editing limit/bashed form

Hello I hope someone can help me or point me to a link! Google was no help on this one and searching the forum didnt yield me good results, I hope someone can help me thank you!!

Problem 1: Is there an edit limit for each plug-in .esp? I have downloaded a lot of extra items mods that have crappy/bs stats so that is all I am changing. I am editing Armor, Weapons, and adding new enchantments. When I edit a lot of items (25+ and add New enchantments, usually one for each armor piece) Suddenly CS will not allow me to edit any more. When I right click the item>select edit nothing happens, everything is still running and responding just wont open edit.

Problem 2: Upon closing CS i receive Shader 1 is leaking. There are a 121 refrences to it on shutdown. (the references varies anywhere from 1-xxx). When I save the .esp and test in game before closing CS it is fine, no problems. But when I close it for the first time it reports the leakage. **Also I reopened the .esp as an active file then closed it again and it didnt report the leakage, however I placed the Acolyte armors in ICwaterfrontabandonedshack. When I entered I fell through space a brief second and landed back in the abandoned shack, only the door had a black gap between it and was moved to the right. the door was still accessible if I jumped over the black gap and hit open in mid air.

**routine mod editing goes like this Open tes construction set>load data oblivion master and then whichever mod I am editing, most recent was Acolyte of Kynereth**

Problem 3: When reopening a edited .esp with oblivion master I receive the error enchantmentxyz has been bashed from itemxyz. What is causing this, when i save and exit they have different unique ID;s.


I realize this is a lot of reading but anyone that can offer any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
