There's no editor avaible right now (unless you have leaked version)

Crytek said that a Cryengine 3 SDK will come out in Summer [?] for free, This is possibly Sandbox 3



Perhaps EA wants to release one of a few Map Packs for Crysis 2, then when the player count goes down, finally release REAL dedicated servers and mod support
