Editor Warnings

I am just begining with the Geck and I have run into the "Editor Warnings" problem. I looked through this forum and the Geck wiki and found that many people have had the same questions about them. Unfortunately no one ever seems to really answer them. Basicly the answer seems to be "you can just ignore most of them". I figured that most of them could be ignored, most but not all and as a beginner how do you know which can and which can't. I have looked all over for some documentation that will explain what they mean and what to do about them.

I am working on my first mod . It is a Vault mod and I have built the entire place. Now I am cluttering it up. The problem arises when I add items into the rooms . Everything seems ok untill I exit the geck. Then the warnings come. I went into the editor warnings readme in the fo3 directory and found that they dissapear if I reload and save exactly what caused them to begin with. I know that people are busy and I don't want to waste anyones time asking questions that I could answer myself just by researching , but I can't find any answers. So if someone could point me in the right direction or maybe tell me what they mean I would truly appreciate it.
the warning that I got last ime is:
MODELS: 1 0 1 markers\furnituremarker11.nif
MODELS: ModelLoader still contains 1 NIF files.
That is indicative of all of the warnings that I have gotten so far, sometimes there are are more of them with different numbers and more nif files in the loader but basicly thats it.
thank you in advance for any help. G.
