Okay I have redone it you can be in a faction like BoS but it will not matter in the RP as there will be no battle of the factions because once you are in the game it really doesnt matter.

Once a great city that was home to many colorful people and places home to the worlds fifth largest mall now home to radiated monsters insane people but still has the mall. Edmonton has always been a great city, still is. It is home to many places to explore and full of people, Scavengers, Traders, Mercenaries and many others. But someone in Downtown Edmonton sent a Radio Broadcast so far that it could reach all the way to the Capital Wasteland, it said the following message


"People of the Post Apocalyptic Wasteland this message is to inform you all of a thriving city known as EDMONTON! But this genuine place is all the way in Canada and you are all probably wondering why come here? Well I'll tell you why but first let me introduce myself I am MYRAN MOREL and I have a grand prize that will be awarded too ten individuals if they succeed at the missions I give them it will test your wits, abilities and your moral. You will have to do things you are against in order to succeed, you are all probably wondering what the reward is? Am I right? Of course I'm right! The reward will be TEN THOUSAND CAPS ! And something of your choice from my Vault! and this Vault even has a GECK! Now children of the wastes once you get at Edmonton ask anybody were Rex Place is they will direct you to the Rex and I will meet you there, there will be hundreds of you and you will have to put your names in a bowl and I will randomly select ten people to participate in my "game" lets call it. Bio: Former Raider hunter. Employed to protect a very small settlement (like the size of big town) until the raiders proved they were tougher and tore the place down one day in a hail of gun fire. He knew the town was going to be destroyed so he chose to run early in the fight. There is know way he could know who died or ended up worse that day. That fact doesn't matter. John is alive and he's not about to die anytime soon.

Biography: Karth, is a unique individual. Scars run down his body, inflicted by himself. His father, Kyle Smith, a rich, arrogant, and childish man, however he taught Adam one thing, life won't meet you half-way, you got to go one-hundred percent. Adam grew to be a Machoist, and learned to love agony. Karth is a mercenary, a soldier, and a former husband. He had a wife and daughter, however due to a raider attack on his small home, his wife and 2-year-old daughter were killed. He was knocked unconsious by the leader and woke up to see his daughter's head impaled by a spear, and his wife impaled to the wall by a spear. Ever since then he has been a hollow shell. He is very touchy on his daughter and wife's subject, and will often snap. To the casual observer he is rude, arrogant, and cruel, but if you manage to crack the shell, you find that Karth is a very, kind, gentle man. Karth is not religious at all. Karth's wife's name was Samantha, and his daughter was Bethany...

Hey Ringman there is something wrong with your bio, you cannot get to Edmonton on a boat.

I kind of don't think this storyline would work. As a fellow Canadian, not trying to offend, but the alternate Fallout universe was split from ours after World War II, and then everything became military until 2077 when the Great War happened. And so scientists kept building war materials and never improved on technologies, and micro-technology like laptops were never invented (which is why terminals are huge), so I don't think they could've had enough time, technology, or money to build the World's 5th Largest Mall in the Fallout timeline.

Canada does not make an appearance in the Fallout timeline until 2059. So it is entirely possible that the West Edmonton Mall could have been built. Remember, this is fiction.
