I took the educated perk to gain more skillbpoints each level, but it won't work! I took the perk at level 4 when you first can.

Whats your intelligence and how many skill points did you gain at level 5?

7 intelligence and I've been earning 16 the whole time

Now 9 intelligence at level 19

You gain 10+(half intelligence) skill points a level. With 7 intelligence you'd gain
14 Skill points at even levels and 13 skill points at odd levels. With educated you'd gain two additional skill points a level.
16 at even levels and 15 at odd levels.

So not only is educated working, your gaining an additional half a skill point a level.
